TWO RAIL CARRIAGES
In combination with the one-piece carriage, two carriages offer maximum load capacity and precision in the smallest of spaces. Advantages can be seen with short strokes thanks to the shorter ball circulation distance and the resulting good lubricant distribution.
INTEGRATED CONTROL ELECTRONICS WITH OPTIONAL STO FUNCTION
The integrated control electronics (either IO-Link or CANopen control) with optional safe torque-off function offers additional safety. The application can thus be put into operation more quickly, as there is no need for time-consuming cabling and configuration work.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Small quantities of lubricant are sufficient. This reduces effort and costs while ensuring high reliability and a long service life. To ensure good accessibility, the axles have lubrication connections on both sides.
CLAMPING ELEMENT (OPTIONAL)
The AC series axes can be supplied with or without an integrated clamping element, depending on requirements. Thanks to the clamping element in NC design, the position can be held securely even without energy – saving energy and costs.
STANDARD BALL SCREW WITH BLDC MOTOR
Highly efficient ball screw drive with servo motor – a drive solution that was specially developed for our compact axes. This type of drive is characterized by high dynamics and power and is widely used in various areas, from tooling machines to precision robots.
ABSOLUTE LINEAR PRECISION MEASURING SYSTEM
The standard built-in position measuring system continuously records the position of the carriage. This means that any position can be approached with maximum precision and repeat accuracy, eliminating the need for reference runs.
