- Safe tool changer
Maximum safety thanks to the spring-loaded piston, self-locking interlock and optionally available sensors and other accessories. The Zimmer Group tool changer therefore meets the high requirements of performance level d, control category 3. - Locking kinematics
Thanks to innovative locking kinematics with locking pins, extreme rigidity and therefore the new benchmark for tool changers. The extremely flat design also minimizes the torque load on the robot, which can lead to the use of smaller and more cost-effective robots. - Inexhaustible variety
Regardless of the medium to be transmitted, with the appropriate energy elements from the WER1500 and WER3000 series, pneumatics, fluidics, electrical signals and loads as well as communication and much more can be transmitted as standard.
Series features
- 5 million maintenance-free cycles (max.)
- IP54
- Protected against corrosion
- Self locking mechanism
- Magnetic field sensor
